  • During your estimate, you’ll show us around, let us know your needs, and tell us your expectations so we can make your space sparkle.

  • Our Operations Manager, Anneliese, and another team member will come to your space to conduct the estimate. You’ll regularly communicate with Anneliese as she handles our calendar, bookings, and team members - we couldn’t run P&D Cleaning Service without her!

  • After the estimate, our Operations Manager, Anneliese, will send you a quote with pricing, details, and dates/times to book your cleaning.

  • Nope, the estimate is completely FREE! Once we send you the quote, that is your set pricing for the next 30 days. If you have any questions about your quote, don’t hesitate to reach out!

 

Our Services

  • The sooner you know, the better. We do not offer booking a service less than one week in advance as our team needs time to prepare the correct supplies and materials required for your cleaning. After we complete an estimate walkthrough, we will provide you with the quote and you’ll then receive date and time options we have available to clean your space.

  • The price of the service depends on the size of your space, what cleaning supplies we need, and the amount of time it will take to clean. After you schedule a walkthrough and we come by your space, you’ll receive a quote of how much the service will cost. This will be the FINAL cost. Unless any extra services are added on the day of the service, you’ll never receive an additional payment request after we are done. The price you receive is the price you pay. Below are our starting prices for our cleaning services:

    • Commercial Cleaning: Starts at $150

    • General Cleaning: Starts at $130.

    • Deep Cleaning: Starts at $400.

    • Move-In or Move-Out Cleaning: Starts at $400.

    • Extras: The price will be determined after we complete the walkthrough.

  • Timing will depend on the size of your space and the service you book. When we send you your quote, we will include the time we estimate it will take.

  • We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and Venmo (3% extra charge for credit card and Venmo).

  • We arrive with our own cleaning supplies and equipment, making sure that cleaning your space is one less thing you have to worry about. If there is a specific product you would like us to use, we have no problem using it.

    For our regular General Cleaning clients, we set up your own personalized supplies to avoid cross-contamination.

  • Yes, we have cleaning product options if you have kids and pet friendly. During your walkthrough, we will go over exactly what you need, and if you have any specific products you would like us to use, we can use them.

  • If you become a regular General Cleaning client, we do our best to ensure that our team cleans your space on the same day and time during the week. However, we appreciate some flexibility throughout the week, as some situations arise that we can’t predict (bad weather, car troubles, sick team members, etc). If our schedule does change, you will always be notified ahead of your regular scheduled cleaning day and time.

  • We do not offer interior/exterior window cleaning, deep stain removal, carpet cleaning, infestation, mold removal, insect removal, or laundry services.

  • We understand things happen. If you need to cancel your cleaning, please provide 24-hour notice. Same-day cancellation, you’ll be charged 50% of the total service.

 

Our Team

  • We don’t mean to brag, but our team is pretty awesome! Each team member goes through a rigorous 2-3 month training process so they know how to clean, what materials to use, and how to make your space sparkle. You will always have a Cleaning Manager at your cleaning along with a Cleaning Specialist and/or Cleaning Assistant. When we clean bigger spaces, you may see us all! The quote you receive after the walkthrough will detail how many cleaners it will take to clean your space. We do not subcontract our cleanings to any outside companies or staff members.

  • Not at all! We get it if you have errands to run, need to go to work, or even go to the spa. You can leave us a key or code to enter, and when you get back, you’ll have a clean space! For Commercial cleanings, we also have availability late nights and weekends.

  • Whether you book our services once or become a regular, our methods ensure that your space receives the best clean every time. During your walkthrough, we’ll discuss a cleaning plan that addresses specific concerns and areas you would like us to focus on.

    If something is missed, we are happy to correct the mistake. Please let us know within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we will happily address the error.

  • We all know mistakes happen. With our team, they are rare, but if it does happen, let us know, and we will address the situation.

  • Yes, please! All our team members are pet-friendly and will ensure your pet is safe while we clean your space. Please note that if your pet shows any signs of aggressiveness, it must be removed from your space to be cleaned correctly.

  • Absolutely! We understand clients have different needs and expectations regarding how they would like their space cleaned. We will discuss the specifics during the initial walkthrough and create a customized cleaning plan for your space.

  • If the task is easy (like changing a lightbulb), we have no problem doing it for free. However, if it takes more than 15 minutes to complete, we will talk with you and decide if the task will incur additional charges.
